Privacy Policy
Who controls your data
Arbet Odds LLC, an Arizona limited liability company registered at 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States.
You can use most of this site without an account
The odds board, the calculators, the guides, the promo tools and the bet tracker all work without signing up. Used that way, your settings, presets and bet history stay in your own browser (localStorage) and never reach us. The "Clear All Local Data" button in Settings erases them permanently.
What we store if you create an account
Your email address and a securely hashed password; the sessions and devices you are signed in on, so we can enforce the two-device limit; your plan and trial dates; your referral code and who referred you; and, if you choose to connect it, your Telegram account identifier and the alert rules you set. If you contact support we keep your message and our reply so the conversation has a history.
We send account email you asked for, such as address verification and password resets. We send marketing email only to people who gave us their address for that purpose, every one of those carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not buy email lists. We do not see or store your sportsbook logins or passwords, and we never touch your money.
Third-party sites and services
Outbound links to sportsbooks are governed by those sites' own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We use service providers to run the product, including hosting, our database, email delivery and Telegram, and they process data only to provide those services to us.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings, or email us and we will do it. Thirty days after you delete, your account and everything that identifies you are erased. Records we are required to keep are retained in anonymised form: invoices and, if you were paid affiliate commission, the commission ledger and the minimum a tax form requires, none of it linked back to your account. An unsubscribe or a bounce record for your email address is kept so that we never email it again.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this policy changes with it, and the date below moves.
